This section includes three types of video clips: MPEG normal (352x240 size);
hi-resolution WMV (720x480 size); and DVD quality, hi-resolution MPEG-2 (720x480
size). To view the hi-resolution clips, download the latest version of Windows
Media Player. The DVD quality MPEG-2 are the highest quality clips and look
very sharp when played full screen, but the file sizes are quite large.
For optimum viewing results, download the video clips to your computer.
Right-click on the clip you wish to save, scroll to Save Target As, and
then choose the destination where you want to download the clip to and click
Save. Once the download is complete, double-click on the video clip to view
it.
Video clips are divided into two sections: Muscle Control, where you can see pec dancing, biceps bouncing and other muscle
control video clips; Flexing and
Posing, where you can see all the flexing and posing clips. The newest clips will appear by date at the top of each
section.
Some of the models featured on the site offer full-length "Videos on Demand"
downloadable video. Click
here for more information. Some of the video clips in this section are
samples from the downloadable videos. You’ll know the video clip is a sample
if the description indicates the name of the corresponding full-length video.
