Ashley, 100 pounds and just over 5-3, is a former ballet dancer who discovered weightlifting and loves to pump iron and flex. Although she doesn’t look it, Ashley is deceptively strong in the lower body. At one point during the shoot, she had 170-pound Cassidy Heights jump on her back, then she walked around the room and squatted Cassidy a couple of times. Video of this coming soon. She added that she’s done the same with a guy who weighed over 200 pounds.
