For optimum viewing results, download the video clips to your computer.
Right-click on the clip you wish to save, scroll to Save Target As, and
then choose the destination where you want to download the clip to and click
Save. Once the download is complete, double-click on the video clip to view
it.
Video clips are divided into two sections: Flexing and Posing, where you can see all the flexing and posing clips;
Muscle Control, where you can see pec dancing,
biceps bouncing and other muscle control video clips. The newest clips will appear by date at the top of each section.

here for more information. Some of the video clips in this section are
samples from the downloadable videos. You'll know the video clip is a sample
if the description indicates the name of the corresponding full-length video.
